How does the reservation process work with Seek Peak?Once you make a reservation request, our team will confirm your booking within 24 hours through a confirmation call or email. You’ll have the flexibility to make adjustments to your itinerary before a deposit is paid, with no additional fees for these changes. However, if there are any changes in accommodation, transportation, or other associated costs, we will inform you of these adjustments and proceed only with your approval.

What are the deposit and payment requirements for booking a tour?We require a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. Upon your arrival in Turkiye, the remaining 80% of the tour fee must be paid either in cash or via EFT/bank transfer.

What happens if I need to cancel after paying the deposit?If you cancel after paying the deposit, you may forfeit the deposit. If you wish to change dates, this could require a re-pricing of your tour, and a 5% operational fee will apply to the revised reservation.

Are there any penalties for late cancellations?Yes, cancellations within 14 calendar days of the tour start date are subject to a late cancellation policy. In this case, a 50% tour fee will apply, plus an additional 25% penalty. This includes situations where clients do not show up without prior notice. All mentioned percentages are calculated based on the tour price excluding any deposit.

What is the policy for no-shows?If a client does not show up for the tour without any prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the tour fee, along with an additional 25% penalty fee, based on the tour price excluding any deposit.

Are there any exceptions to the cancellation policy for emergencies or unavoidable situations?Yes, we understand that emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or family bereavement, can arise. In these cases, Seek Peak may waive penalties with appropriate documentation. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to cancel under such circumstances.

Can I change my booking dates without incurring fees?Date changes are possible without a fee if made before the deposit is paid. (Please note that any changes in accommodation or transportation costs will require us to re-evaluate and adjust the tour price accordingly.) However, once the deposit is made, date changes may result in a re-pricing of your tour, and a 5% re-booking fee will apply.

What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. The closer to the tour start date, the higher the potential fees, so advance notice helps minimize any cancellation charges.
