Seek Peak maintains a clear approach to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. Please review the following policies carefully. NOTE: Applicable for Package Tours Only. 1. Initial Cancellations and Rescheduling Guests may cancel or reschedule without charge during the initial confirmation call, as a one-time courtesy. 2. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required to confirm a booking. This deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or date changes after confirmation. 3. Date Changes Post-Deposit If a date change is requested after the deposit: • A 5% rebooking fee will apply. • Additional costs may arise due to logistics changes, affecting the final price. Seek Peak will inform the guest for approval before finalizing any adjustments. Rebooking requests are subject to availability. 4. Cancellations Post-Deposit If a guest cancels after deposit payment, the deposit is retained to cover administrative costs. 5. Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Tour Date For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the tour date, a penalty of 75% of the total tour cost will be charged to the guest. This policy ensures fair compensation for reserved resources and arrangements. 6. No-Show Penalty Failure to attend the tour without prior notice incurs a penalty of 100% of the tour cost plus a 25% administrative fee. Seek Peak reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unpaid no-show fees. 7. Blacklist Policy Tours will be immediately canceled without refund if a guest or group engages in unlawful or unethical behavior. Such guests will be blacklisted and permanently banned from future Seek Peak services. 8. Emergency Exceptions Exceptions to cancellation policies may apply for major health issues, death of the client or family member, or natural disasters. Documented proof is required. By confirming a booking, guests accept these terms regarding cancellations, deposits, and no-show policies.
